Update: Reports: When a report have a date from and date to parameter, an extra parameter
will now be shown for easier date range selections. (7, 30, 180 and 365 days)

Fixed: Fixed a very rare issue where in certain circumstances Google's Chrome browser does not
load the "new entry" page properly. This prevents the logbook from creating a new entry.
If you encounter any similar issues again please contact us as soon as possible,
since it is almost impossible to replicate.

Fixed: Instructor simulator time will no longer be shown if user is not instructor rated on simulator type.

Fixed: When type is a simulator and user is instructed rated, the normal instruction field will no
longer be displayed. And vica versa.

Fixed: Fixed some minor IE rendering issues.
